September 2021 - Foundation
Ähdus Technology GmbH was founded in Heilbronn, Germany, with a focus on IIoT, AI, Cloud DevOps and innovative product development.
Officially commenced core operations, leveraging agile sprints to develop MVPs and enterprise‑level web and mobile applications for early clients.
Q1 2022 - Launch of Operations
H2 2022 - Rapid Project Delivery
Within eight months of launch, delivered seven enterprise‑grade app and web products for partners and clients across Switzerland, Austria, and Germany.
Secured partnerships with Microsoft for Startups and IONOS, and was recognized as an Entrepreneurship Partner by Slush, enhancing access to mentoring and investor networks.
2022 - Strategic Partnerships
FY 2023 - Doubling Down on Presence
Showcased the K2 Climate Campaign Management App at Munich’s Impact Festival 2023; exhibited the K2 Klima Kampagne Platform at the Muswiesen Summit in Neu‑Ulm, Germany; showcased expertise in IoT, green software and cross‑platform apps at Slush Helsinki 2023. Published a year‑end review highlighting growth to 30+ engineers, completion of 11 long‑ and short‑term projects for clients such as Audi and Edeka, and roadmap goals for 2024.
Achieved certifications in Azure & OpenAI, AWS and Google Cloud Platform, validating proficiency in cloud‑native and AI‑driven architectures.
Early 2024 - Cloud, DevOps & AI Certifications
June 2024 - Nordic Market Entry
Announced expansion into the Nordic region with a new Helsinki office and appointed several Finnish and Swedish representatives.
Formed strategic alliances with SAP and Odoo, and partnered at the Bits & Pretzels summit to deepen engagement with European Mittelstand.

2025 to Now - Agentic AI Expertise Application
